According to a 2005 U.S. Gallup survey, more than one-quarter of people believe humans have psychic abilities, such as telepathy and clairvoyance. That same survey found 42% of those polled believe people can have extrasensory perception, or ESP. Twenty-one percent of those polled believe some people can communicate mentally with someone who has died.
The findings with children confirm these beliefs. Children are more open to unique gifts. They have not learned such abilities are unusual or even impossible. Society soon teaches the gifts out of children by perpetuating the materialist concept that telepathy and other psychic gifts are impossible.
However, today experiments are being done with children who display psychic gifts. One was reported in an Inside Edition* segment as her mother explained her daughter’s gifts:

“When I first found out she had abilities, I was just mortified,” Pakerek said. “I had no idea what to do. There is no number to call. I first looked into paranormal groups in the area to help me, which they did. They came over and talked to us about what Kendyll was seeing and verified that she was definitely seeing and hearing spirits.”

Another child with psychic abilities is Ethan Edmonson. In the same Inside Edition report, Ethan said, “I have healing, I’m clairaudience, clairvoyant and I just know things sometimes.”

.His parents, Jon and Ellen Edmonson, said they first noticed his abilities when he was about 2, when Ethan said he had been playing with his deceased grandmother. His mother explained,

“My mother passed away when Ethan was about three-and-a-half months old, so we both just kind of looked at each other and were like ‘OK, that’s interesting,’ and that was the first kind of peek at when it started,” Ellen said. Eventually, though, Ethan, who lives in Maryland, began shutting down. He felt misunderstood at school, where he had also begun being bullied for being perceived as "weird."

A podcast titled The Telepathy Tapes is devoted to providing videos of children with extrasensory abilities. The authors of the channel write,

For centuries, we have tiptoed around the idea of extra-sensory perception—the idea that humans can perceive information and impact their world outside the parameters of our five senses. The Telepathy Tapes podcast explores such uncharted territories by entering the lives of the most unexpected subjects: non-speaking children with autism.

Telepathy is a worldwide phenomenon amongst families of non-speakers. Parents and teachers have expressed this desperately for decades without being believed. Documenting, validating, and corroborating the claims of telepathy in these families is the easy part. The Telepathy Tapes explores how and why it’s happening.
