Lisa Receives an Image of Her Daughter in the Afterlife

I knew that those on the other side could manipulate energy.  I’d experienced it with lights, music, television, my clock radio.  But manipulate light and energy to allow us to “see” them again?  In a visual image?  I was skeptical, but intrigued.

Sonia typically works with a single photograph provided by a loved one—an “anchor” that serves as a reference point for those on the other side. It says, “This is who we want to see.  And this is where we are.”  From there, something extraordinary can occur.

In true Instrumental TransCommunication, the original image becomes a kind of canvas, one that those in spirit can use to manifest a new, often transformed version of themselves. The result is what Sonia calls a transimage—something usually not captured in real time, but revealed only when the footage is played back, frame by frame.  This is similar to how EVP, or Electronic Voice Phenomena, emerge only during playback of a recording.  With images, the loved one can appear at a different age, with a different expression or hair style or clothing, but the person is your person…the one in the original photo.  It’s a bit mind-blowing to experience it for the first time (or the first many times) but it’s real!

And at that event (in Scottsdale), for the first time since Amber’s passing, I saw her face again. Not a memory, not a dream—this was something new. A moment captured on digital film that shouldn’t have been there… and yet it was.  It was my first experience with Instrumental Transcommunication, but it would be far from my last.

Over the years, I’ve seen Amber appear in Sonia’s recordings in ways that took my breath away. A photo of her as a young adult would suddenly morph into her childhood face—so precisely that I could often match it to an actual photo I had tucked away in an album. I’ve seen her wink at me on video. Once, I watched her lips form into a playful kiss. And most unforgettable of all, I saw an image of her smiling… with a tiny, unmistakable teardrop trailing down her cheek.”
